Our Story
The Favour Adetutu Empowerment Initiative.
Founded in 2023, FAE Initiative was born from a simple conviction: teenagers do not lack potential — they lack platforms, guides, and honest answers to the questions that shape their future.
Across Nigeria, young people are navigating identity, direction, and pressure in the absence of trusted mentorship. We show up — in schools, communities, and conferences — with a curriculum that treats them as leaders in the making, not problems to be managed.
Today, FAE has reached over 35,000 young people across 26+ schools, and we are building toward Vision 2028: 100,000 young people empowered.
